Securing your lot at Kintarra Farms is simple:
Fill out the Lot Interest Form
Tell us about your vision, preferences, and how you’d like to be part of the community.
Place Your Refundable Deposit
Reserve your lot with a fully refundable deposit through Security 1st Title. This shows serious intent and helps us plan the first phase of development.
Wait Patiently
Applicants will be reviewed and selected in order of receipt of the completed interest form and lot deposit. Both are required to reserve your place in line.
Meet with us
Kintarra is now your land too. Hike the property. Meet with us, choose your lot, then we’ll help match you with a builder and design your new home with purpose.
Deposit Payment Instructions
After you complete the Lot Interest Form, a $5,000 refundable deposit is required secure your spot on the reservation list.
